PUBLIC NOTICE Unauthorised Use of NABARD's Name by Organisations 1. It has been brought to the notice of NABARD that some institutions/organisations, operating from Delhi and Odisha, are misusing the name and logo of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) in order to deceive the institutions/members of general public by claiming that they are Channel Partner, appointed by NABARD, for Swarojgar Credit Card Mitra Scheme. In this connection, we would like to inform the public at large that we have no association with such entity under Swarojgar Credit Card Scheme. 2. In order to save the institutions/members of public from cheating and financial loss etc., NABARD has urged the public to remain alert, not to fall prey to such frauds perpetrated by individuals/institutions/organisations who impersonate as channel partner/agents/project implementing agency of NABARD and not to rely on the information pertaining to NABARD except, available on authentic website of NABARD i.e. www.nabard.org. 3. Institutions and members of public are also advised to be cautious of such individuals/institutions/ organisations in their own interest and desist from entering into any dealings with such individuals/institutions/organisations by considering them as a channel partner /part of NABARD. 4. Institutions/members of public dealing with such institutions/organisations/persons would be doing so at their own cost and consequences and NABARD shall not be responsible for anything in this regard.
