CMRL invites applications from qualified and experienced personnel for the appointment of under mentioned posts on contract / deputation basis from Govt organizations. S. (or) To draw equivalent cadre IDA pay scale in CMRL with IDA, HRA and Cafeteria Allowance (31.5% of Basic Pay). 1) Required Qualification and Experience: a) For Chief General Manager (Electrical Systems) Must be a B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Applicant from Govt Organization The candidate should be an officer having 5 years service in Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) in Railways / Equivalent in GoI or an officer having 5 years of service as Chief Engineer in State Govt organizations.

Page 2 of 10 Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization The candidate should possess a minimum 25 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 3 years as GM in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000 - 280000 or equivalent pay. Applicant from Private Sector The candidate should possess a minimum 25 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 03 years in top management positions (equivalent to GM in PSU) and reporting directly to a Director or Board. Should have worked in companies where the project size of not less than Rs.500 Crore or a company with an annual turnover of not less than Rs.100 Crore in the last 3 years for which the documentary proof of project size / turnover to be uploaded online while applying. Experience The candidate should have experience in Design, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of HT/LT Electrical Power Supply System, 25 kV Traction Sub-station Equipment and overhead equipment, Cable distribution System, UPS System, Earthing System, Lighting Arrestor, Fire Protection System, BMS/SCADA systems in Metro Rail/Railways. Candidate should be conversant with processing of EIG approvals, Indian Electricity Rules and Contract Management. b) For Chief General Manager (Rolling Stock) Must be a B.E / B. Tech (Electrical/ECE) graduate from a recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC. Applicant from Govt Organization The candidate should be an IRSEE officer having 5 years service in Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) in Railways/Equivalent in GoI or an officer having 5 years of service as Chief Engineer in State Govt organizations. Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization The candidate should possess a minimum 25 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 3 years as GM in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000 - 280000 or equivalent pay. Experience The candidate should have experience in Metro Rail / Railways in Operations / Maintenance of electric rolling stock and / or Tendering for Procurement of Rolling Stock as per International competitive bidding process, Design and Review of Rolling Stock Design, Testing, Commissioning and maintenance of Rolling Stock / EMU, Planning, Monitoring and Commissioning of Depot machines and Management of CMC contract.

Page 3 of 10 Candidate should be conversant with the process of obtaining statutory clearance from RDSO, CMRS and GoI and Contract Management. c) For General Manager (Electrical Systems) Must be a B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Applicant from Govt Organization The candidate should be an officer working in Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) in Railways/Equivalent in GoI or an officer working as Chief Engineer in State Govt organizations. Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization The candidate should possess a minimum 20 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 3 years as AGM in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 100000 - 260000 or equivalent pay. Applicant from Private Sector The candidate should possess a minimum 20 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 03 years in top management positions (equivalent to AGM in PSU) and reporting directly to a Director or Board. Should have worked in companies where the project size of not less than Rs.500 Crore or a company with an annual turnover of not less than Rs.100 Crore in the last 3 years for which the documentary proof of project size/ turnover to be uploaded online while applying. Applicant from Govt Organization The candidate should be an officer working in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) in Railways/Equivalent in GoI or officer working in Executive Engineer (EE) cadre in State Govt organizations with minimum 15yrs of post qualification executive experience. Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization The candidate should possess a minimum 15 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years as DGM in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 80000 - 220000 or equivalent pay. Applicant from Private Sector The candidate should possess a minimum 15 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years in senior management positions (equivalent to DGM in PSU) and reporting to top management. Should have worked in companies where the project size of not less than Rs.500 Crore or a company with an annual turnover of not less than Rs.100 Crore in the last 3 years for which the documentary proof of project size / turnover to be uploaded online while applying. Experience The candidate should have experience in major infrastructure (such as Metro Rail, Railways), mixed use development / large-scale infrastructure development projects working in design and development of Metro stations, property development design and its integration with the stations, sustainable design practices & green building technologies in station design process, architectural work execution from consultants, site teams & various system departments, integration of transit- oriented development principles, multimodal transport systems and relevant urban planning policies etc

Page 5 of 10 The incumbent should be conversant in applicable norms and standards, such as TNCDBR, NBC/NFPA, CRZ, EC and harmonized Guidelines for optimization of space usage and functionality and also proficient in Utilizing software such as AutoCAD, BIM, and other relevant computer applications to review/apprise detailed designs, models and documentation. f) Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) Must be a Graduate / Post-graduate from a recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC with CA / CMA Applicant from Govt Organization The candidate should be an officer having 03 yrs of service in Senior Time Scale (STS) in Railways / Equivalent in GoI or officer working in Chief Accounts Officer (CAO) cadre in State Govt organizations with minimum 13yrs of post qualification executive experience. Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization The candidate should possess a minimum 13 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years as Manager in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 70000 - 200000 or equivalent pay. Applicant from Private Sector The candidate should possess a minimum 13 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years in middle management positions (equivalent to Manager in PSU) and reporting to senior management. Should have worked in companies where the project size of not less than Rs.500 Crore or a company with an annual turnover of not less than Rs.100 Crore in the last 3 years for which the documentary proof of project size/ turnover to be uploaded online while applying. Experience All O&M related GEM payment clearing in Bank Review of Vendor payment including clearing in Bank portal Review of I-Metro reports Coordination with Internal Auditors Compilation of O&M Budget in coordination with user department Review and monitoring of Annual Maintenance Contracts & Outsourcing Expenses Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports Review of General Ledger, Vendor Balances & Expenses review on periodic intervals Accounting of Inventories. Preparation of Financial statements like Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow, Schedules and Notes to Accounts. Should have basic knowledge on Ind AS standards. Liaison with the various Financial Institutions and Government bodies for various business correspondence. Review of adequacy of internal controls and Risk Assessments. Good technical, practical knowledge and hands on experience on various facets of Finance function. Vetting of tender documents - Project and Operations. Knowledge of ERP and good Excel and PowerPoint Presentation skills. Exposure to large infrastructure projects/ construction industries will be preferred

Good team player, flexible and go-getter attitude. g) For Manager (Architect) Must be a B.Arch graduate from a recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC. Possession of M.Arch is preferable Applicant from Govt Organization The candidate should be an officer working in Senior Time Scale (STS) in Railways/Equivalent in GoI or officer working in Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) cadre in State Govt organizations with 07yrs of post qualification executive experience. Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization The candidate should possess a minimum 07 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years as DM in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 60000 - 180000 or equivalent pay. Applicant from Private Sector The candidate should possess a minimum 07 years of post qualification executive experience and should have worked at least 04 years in Middle management positions (equivalent to DM in PSU) and reporting to senior management. Should have worked in companies where the project size of not less than Rs.200 Crore or a company with an annual turnover of not less than Rs.50 Crore in the last 3 years for which the documentary proof of project size/ turnover to be uploaded online while applying. Experience The candidate should possess experience in major infrastructure (such as Metro Rail, Railways), mixed use development / large-scale infrastructure development projects working in Architecture design, expertise in design aspects of life and fire safety requirements in design implementations & material selection, design / construction of various elements of Architectural finishes for room layout and station signages etc. The incumbent should be conversant in use of the design software like CADD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Revit or Equivalent software etc is preferable. 2) Selection process: The selection methodology comprises of two - stage process, interview followed by a medical examination. The selection process will judge the candidate on different facets like knowledge, skills, comprehension, attitude, aptitude, and physical fitness. Medical Examination: Expenses for the first-time medical examination of the candidate will be borne by CMRL. However, in case a candidate seeks extension for joining, then the second time medical examination expenditure will be borne by the candidate. To & fro travel expenses for the medical test shall be borne by the candidate. The candidate who fails the prescribed medical test will not be given any alternative employment and the decision of CMRL is final on this issue.
