Engagement of Retired officers of Public Sector Banks/All India Financial Institutions/Regulatory Bodies in National Housing Bank as Consultant on contract basis 1. NHB invites applications from retired officials from Public Sector Banks/All India Financial Institutions/Regulatory Bodies having considerable experience in handling Disciplinary matters and RTI matters. The relevant details and eligibility criteria are given below:
2. Brief Description of the requirements. 3. Eligibility Criteria: a) Officers who have retired from Public Sector Banks/All India Financial Institutions. The last post held by the officers at the time of retirement should be Scale-V or above/Grade-C or above. b) The Officers should have at least 15 years of overall service in the Officer cadre and relevant experience of at least 5 years in handling disciplinary matters/RTI matters, as per the requirement stated above. c) The Officers should not have any disciplinary cases initiated/pending against them.
4. Age-Limit: The maximum age limit for applying will be 64 years as on the closing date of application.
5. Remuneration: A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract. There will be no annual increment/percentage increase during the contract period. A fixed monthly amount of Rs 10,000/- as conveyance allowance for the purpose of commuting between the residence and the place of work shall also be allowed.
