JHARKHAND PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, RANCHI NoƟce InstrucƟons to Candidates regarding Combined Civil Services Preliminary ExaminaƟon-2025, Advt. No. 01/2026- 1. Candidates can obtain informaƟon regarding the District headquarters where the examinaƟon centre will be located from 08-04-2026 onwards by visiƟng the Commission's website www.jpsc.gov.in and accessing it through the OTR link available on the website (hƩps://jpscotr.com), by entering their E-mail ID/Mobile Number/OTR No. and Password. 2. Candidates can download their Admit Card, AƩendance Sheet, and important instrucƟons related to the examinaƟon from 14-04-2026 (05:00 PM onwards) by visiƟng the Commission's website www.jpsc.gov.in and downloading the same through the OTR link available on the website (hƩps://jpscotr.com), by entering their E-mail ID/Mobile Number/OTR No. and Password.
