Post Qualification Mode of Recruitment No Scientific Assistant Essential:- 1 M.Sc. in Physics or Applied Physics or Electronics (Crime Scene) Computer Science or or Mathematics or Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry or Botany or Zoology or Forensic Science or Toxicology or Biotechnology or Molecular Biology or Genetics or Anthropology or Human Biology or Microbiology or Life Science or Biochemistry from a recognized university/Institute. Retired Desirable:- Degree/Diploma in Law/Laboratory Experts/emp Management System/Instrumentation/Date Management. system/Quality management loyees of state or FSL/CFSSL Officials working on the post of equivalent to other govt. Scientific Assistant above from organizatio or ns (Contract CFSLS/State FSLs of relevant field. basis) failing or which on contract Officers retired from the post of equivalent to basis (Fresh Scientific Assistant or above from CFSLs/State FSLs Contract) of relevant field. NUMBER OF POSTS: 1. Scientific Assistant (Crime Scene) 15(UR-7,OBC-4, SC-2,5T-1, EWS-1)

Number of posts are provisional and subject to change without any prior notice. Duties to be performed: Assisting senior officers in examining forensic cases, helping in preparing reports, visiting/attending crime scenes, photography & videography of scene of crime, identification, collection & preservation of scientific evidence available at crime scene (24X7 shift manner) and any other work given by superiors. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RECRUITMENT Walk In Interviews will be held at Forensic Science Laboratory, Sector-14, Rohini, New Delhi-110085 on 15-03-2023 from 10.00 A.M. 1. Remuneration Fixed remuneration will be paid as under and no other allowances shall be admissible/paid. a. Scientific Asstt. Rs. 40296/- per month consolidated. For Retired Experts as per rule. 2. Age Limit: As on closing date For Scientific Asstt. - below 27 years. Candidates may submit the duly filled application in Forensic Science Laboratory, Sector-14, Rohini, New Delhi latest by 10-03-2023 till 04.00 P.M. Candidates can also send their dully filled applications up to the date and time mentioned, through e-mail at dirfsl.delhi@gov.in (on the date of interview the candidate should accompany with original application also). Tenure of contract is for three months. The contract shall terminate automatically on completion of three month, unless terminated earlier. Contract period in case of Retired Experts will be upto the age of 65 years. No TA/DA will be paid. In case interview cannot be completed on the scheduled date/duration, the interview shall be conducted on the next working day. 6. 7. No correspondence or personal enquiries on telephone shall be entertained. Candidates are required to bring all original documents about their educational qualification and other relevant documents along with their self attested photocopies at the time of interview. Candidates are also required to bring any Identity proof along with self - attested copy i.e. Driving License/ Voter I Card / Adhaar Card /Bank pass book with photograph duly attested of any Nationalized Bank (atleast 3 years old ) pass port/ Pensioners Card or any other proof deemed fit by this office. The Director, FSL, Govt. of NCT of Delhi can terminate the services at any time without assigning any reason. In case any selected candidate wishes to quit, one month prior notice or surrender of one month remuneration in lieu of Notice is required. 10. In the event of selection/ appointment the candidate shall have to submit an undertaking stating that he/ she shall not stake any claim nor file any court case for regularization of service in any Court of Law.

No Allowance/ facility available to the regular employees shall be payable to person engaged. 11. The names of selected candidates will be displayed on the Notice Board of FORENSIC SCIENCE LABORTORY. No postal /personal intimation will be sent to the candidates. The candidates must be ready to join immediately after the selection. 12. 13. The contract staff will be required to work 24 X 7 in shift manner. Contract staff may be allowed 2 Casual Leave and 1 Restricted Holidays inn a Calendar year or proportionally of tenure thereof. No earned leave, medical leave or any other kind of leave will be permitted. 14. 15. If suitable candidates are not available in reserved category, candidates from General category will be considered / selected. 16. Selected candidates may be offered contract subject to verification of character and antecedents. Selected candidates will submit 3 passport size photographs along with duly filled form for character and antecedent verification which will be provided at 17. the reception of FSL. 18. No relaxation will be given in working hours to the selected candidate for any reason what so ever. The selected candidates shall have to execute a contract agreement accepting the above terms and condition on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- before their appointment on contract basis. 19. If any holiday declared on scheduled dates due to reason what so ever, that same will be done on very next working day.
