Eligibility Criteria
(i) 12th class pass from a recognized Board or University. (ii) Certificate of Medical Record Technician training from a recognised institute. (iii) A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 key depressions per hour or 9000 key depressions on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. 2. रा᳦ीयता-अ᭤यथᱮ को िनयुिᲦ के िलए होना चािहए :-
(ख) वह ᳞ िᲦयᲂ की ऐसी ᮰ेिणयᲂ से संबंध रखता/रखती हो जो इस संबंध मᱶ भारत सरकार के कािमᭅक, लोक िशकायत और पᱶशन मंᮢालय के कािमᭅक एवं ᮧिशᭃण िवभाग ᳇ारा समय-समय पर अिधसूिचत की गई हᲂ। 3. पदᲂ की संया, वगᱮकरण और वेतन मैिᮝस मᱶ लेवल-पदᲂ की संया, उनका वगᱮकरण और उनसे संब वेतन मैिᮝस मᱶ लेवल, इन िविनयमᲂ के साथ संल न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) मᱶ यथािविनिदᭅ᳥ हᲂगे। 4. भतᱮ की पित, आयु सीमा, अहᭅताएं आिद-भतᱮ की पित, आयु सीमा, अहᭅताएं और उससे संबंिधत अ᭠य मामले उ त अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) से (13) मᱶ यथािविनिदᭅ᳥ हᲂगे। 5. शारीिरक ᭭व᭭थता :- (1) अ᭤यथᱮ का अ᭒छा मानिसक एवं शारीिरक ᭭वा᭭᭝य हो तथा वह िकसी भी ऐसे शारीिरक िवकार से मु त हो िजससे सेवा मᱶ एक अिधकारी/कमᭅचारी के ᱨप मᱶ अपने कतᭅ᳞ ᲂ के िनवᭅहन मᱶ िकसी भी ᮧकार की बाधा उ᭜प᳖ होने की आशंका हो। (2) अ᭤यथᱮ जो महािनदेशक ᳇ारा िनधाᭅिरत इस ᮧकार की शारीिरक परीᭃा के प᭫ चात इस िविनयम के खंड (1) की आव᭫यकता को संतोषजनक ᱨप से पूणᭅ करता नहᱭ पाया जाता है, तो िनयुᲦ नहᱭ िकया जाएगा । िट᭡पणी : शारीिरक ᭭व᭭थता तथा अ᭤यथᱮ की परीᭃा कर उसे िनयुिᲦ हेतु शारीिरक ᱨप से ᭭व᭭थ घोिषत करने के िलए सᭃम िचिक᭜सा ᮧािधकािरयᲂ हेतु मानदंड कᱶᮤीय सरकार के अधीन तदनुᱧपी िनयुिᲦ के समान ही होगा। 6. िनरहᭅता-ऐसा कोई ᳞ िᲦ-
